The rotary vane vacuum pump is a device for removing gas from a sealed container and obtaining a high vacuum. It can be used alone or as a foreline pump for diffusion pumps, booster pumps, molecular pumps, etc. It can be used in various vacuum operations such as vacuum smelting, vacuum coating, electric vacuum devices, medical, chemical, and laboratory.
The user can install an electromagnetic differential pressure venting vacuum shut-off valve at the inlet according to the need. When the work stops or the power supply is suddenly interrupted, the vacuum system can be automatically closed, and the atmosphere is placed in the pump chamber to avoid the counterflow of the pump oil.
